I had irregular periods after I had my 2nd m/c. I may have had between my 1st and 2nd m/c, but there were only 2 months between the end of the first and the begining of the second. My cycle was pretty normal before that, a few days early or late sometimes, but not by much. It could be your body just kind of resetting or something? There were 6 months of cycles between my last m/c and my pregnancy with Kole. 2 of them were irregular. Also, we used OPK's 3 of the 4 times we concieved! :)

I have moved several times and even when I'm not feeling emotionally stressed, my body feels the physical stress of moving. That is most likely the cause, your move. going to different time zones, starting new diets, exercise routines, anything that is out of the ordinary for your body can cause a delay in ovulation, even if you get a positive OPK and your body may say, oh, now's not a good time and can delay ovulation. From experiencing this same thing, I think that is what it is.

Hey, I just subscribed to your channel. I just started my own vlog and have it on the private setting, but added you to the list of people who can see it if you want to check it out! Sometimes weird cycles just come out of the blue-- there are so many other factors that can go into it that we don't even think of. Every once in a while I have a weird cycle out of the blue and then it's normal again the next month. GL!!!

And wanted to add-- I still drink wine and coffee even though we are TTC. Most doctors say having a small amt. of caffeine is ok even when pregnant. I decided after about 5 cycles in that I couldn't keep living my life in a TTC holding pattern "just in case" I was pregnant/it would affect my fertility. I tend to eat healthfully anyway, too, and it's not like I'm geting smashed or drinking insane amounts of coffee.
